Design Thinking Workshop

With other members from my team, we ran a full day design thinking workshop with ~20 cross-functional participants. This workshop consisted of activities like: hopes and fears, empathy mapping, journey mapping, needs statements, and prioritization. We came out with a set of needs and solutions prioritized by value and effort.

Ideation and Agile Sprints

Agile has the same sort of spirit as design thinking, it is all about providing value quickly and iteratively. In order to continue the innovative ideas we were coming up with out of our design thinking practices, but we also move into development, we mapped out a plan for how the ideation sprints would happen in tandem of agile sprints.

Lo-Fi Design & Usability Testing

For each feature we developed, a user flow was created and lo-fi wireframes were created to take into usability testing. Once the designs were validated, the lo-fi designs were handed off to the client's visual designer.
