B2B Customer Portal

2023 - 2025

The purpose of this engagement was to design and deliver a unified customer portal for a B2B manufacturing company. The goal was to create a seamless, consistent experience across all brands, regardless of backend systems, and to develop a self-service tool that reduces reliance on the customer care team, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Outages - Saved Locations

2020

While supporting the development of the outage site for a local utilities company, our team suggested an improvement to the current flow-- to use anonymous storage to allow the users to save the locations they enter when reporting an outage or checking the status of their outage. This would reduce the time it took to complete those transactions by removing a repetitive step.

Fleet Management

2018

The purpose of this engagement was to provide leadership and guidance to the existing design team of a fleet management product at a top tier automotive company while also contribute as a product designer to support the agile development.

2019

During this engagement with a multinational steel company, I was responsible for guiding the clients through design thinking practices to create an online retail experience keeping the customer needs at the center of development.

Construction Punch List

2017

The purpose of this project was to append onto an app built for the construction workers of a fortune 500 home improvement company to manage their properties while on the go. This new module was specifically centered around punch lists. The users are able to add new items to the list, upload photos of the items, as well as track the progress of the work being done to submit to their managers.
